Crystal and her siblings were locked in a small room with no food. When their father had them to himself, he sexually abused Crystal. Starving and desperate, one day they broke out of their room and ran. Finally, they were rescued and placed in foster care.

But it wasn’t until they experienced Royal Family Kids’ Camps that they began to realize: The darkness their parents plunged them into isn’t permanent. They can "still have joyful lives!"
